RemoteShutdown allows an NT/2K/XP Administrator to remotely shutdown any digit of NT/2K/XP Workstations over which they have administrative control via either a GUI interface or a command-line interface.You can determine a delay,which can either cost an absolute time (eg.8pm) or a relative generation (eg."20 minutes from now"),during which a epistle you specify can be displayed.Alternatively you can determine a shutdown without warning.Applications running on the target machine(s) at the generation of shutdown can be allowed to close,or can cost terminated immediately.Whilst a delayed hidden shutdown is taking place,you can abort the shutdown of any or all of the workstations on the shutdown line-up.You can also perform a delayed shutdown of your own (local) car,with optional support for APM power-offOptions receptacle be set via both a GUI and a command-line interface.Groups of workstations can be specified in the GUI and saved* for use by and by with either the GUI or command-line interface,allowing repetitive automated shutdowns to cost performed.To make full use of RemoteShutdown you must cost running Windows NT/2K/XP.Whilst you can peaceful do local delayed shutdowns under Windows95/98/ME,remote shutdowns are non supported.
